Thank you for choosing Cozy Cottages Travel LLC for your travel planning services. We appreciate the opportunity to assist with your vacation planning and custom travel experiences.

By submitting a travel inquiry form, authorizing payment, or booking travel services through Cozy Cottages Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Our Role as a Travel Advisor

Cozy Cottages Travel LLC acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • airlines,
  • hotels,
  • resorts,
  • cruise lines,
  • tour operators,
  • transportation companies,
  • and excursion providers.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and are therefore not liable for:

  • acts or omissions of suppliers,
  • travel delays,
  • cancellations,
  • injuries,
  • losses,
  • weather events,
  • government actions,
  • supplier bankruptcy,
  • pandemics,
  • or circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.

Professional Travel Planning Services

Our services may include:

  • custom itinerary planning,
  • destination research,
  • hotel and resort recommendations,
  • cruise planning,
  • airfare assistance,
  • excursion planning,
  • transportation coordination,
  • supplier communication,
  • travel document guidance,
  • and pre-departure support.

Travel planning involves significant professional time, expertise, research, and coordination tailored to your individual travel goals and preferences.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing and availability are subject to change until payment has been processed and confirmed by the supplier.

Quotes may change due to:

  • supplier availability,
  • airfare fluctuations,
  • fuel surcharges,
  • currency exchange rates,
  • taxes,
  • or government-imposed fees.

Flight pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed until tickets are issued.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • reviewing all travel documents for accuracy,
  • providing correct legal names and birthdates,
  • obtaining valid passports and travel documentation,
  • securing visas and vaccinations when required,
  • complying with destination entry requirements,
  • and making payments by stated deadlines.

Names provided for reservations must exactly match government-issued identification documents.

Cozy Cottages Travel LLC is not responsible for fees, penalties, denied boarding, or reservation issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Passports, Visas & Travel Requirements

For international travel:

  • passports should generally remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date,
  • some destinations require blank passport pages,
  • and visa requirements vary by destination.

Entry into any country is determined solely by immigration officials of that destination.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Coverage may include:

  • trip cancellation,
  • trip interruption,
  • medical emergencies,
  • emergency evacuation,
  • baggage protection,
  • and travel delays.

Clients who decline travel insurance assume full financial responsibility for cancellation penalties, supplier penalties, and unforeseen travel disruptions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation penalties and refund eligibility are determined solely by the individual travel supplier.

Certain reservations, airfare, cruises, tours, promotional rates, and group bookings may be non-refundable.

Cozy Cottages Travel LLC will assist clients with refund requests when applicable but is not responsible for:

  • denied refunds,
  • supplier delays,
  • supplier insolvency,
  • or unpaid supplier reimbursements.

Supplier Terms & Conditions

Clients agree to review and accept the terms and conditions of all travel suppliers involved in their itinerary.

By authorizing payment, clients consent to the use of the selected travel suppliers and acknowledge that those suppliers are responsible for delivering the purchased travel services.

Limitation of Liability

Cozy Cottages Travel LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising from:

  • acts or omissions of independent suppliers,
  • weather events,
  • natural disasters,
  • pandemics,
  • political unrest,
  • mechanical failures,
  • labor disputes,
  • terrorism,
  • government actions,
  • or any event beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • submitting a travel inquiry,
  • authorizing payment,
  • or booking travel services through Cozy Cottages Travel LLC,

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
